We got the prestigious assignment to create Cary Group’s Employer Branding concept. Cary Group holds numerous brands in several countries in Europe, such as Ralarsa in Spain, National Windscreens in the Uk and Ryds Bilglas in Sweden. One of the most important aspects for the concept was that it needed to be adaptable for all brands, markets, countries and languages. Besides the foundation, “Going places together”, a set of icons were created as well as a way to communicate these as motion media – easily adaptable to each brand and market.

In the overarching assignment, apart from the concept, we were also entrusted to help them with:
