We were trusted to create Hager Group’s employer branding concept, in other words the communications concept they use when communication as an employer. Hager Group is a global company that offers solutions, services and products for electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. All in all, they are close to 13,000 people worldwide, with customers in over 100 countries.

The concept is a distillation of Hager Group’s EVP and several strategic documents. The idea with the concept is to be able to tell who we are, that we are incredibly diversified and present in numerous countries around the globe. The condensed version is “Weare”. And within that concept we can tell any story we want and also be a clear sender of the message.

When working with the concept, the pandemic struck. This, of course, changed the work conditions, and, for example, no group pictures could be taken. It was then that the mosaic was created – which today is used in several areas, such as on their career pages – to be able to show that we work together.
