Tobii is the world leader in eye-tracking technology and transform both industries and people’s lives.
At Tobii, you can work with high-tech for real; eye tracking, cloud, internet, hardware and software. They do it all. But they also hold expertise in fields such as account management, market research, marketing, HR, behavioral sciences and speech language pathology. However, they’re not yet really known as having the cool tech they do have, nor for other competencies.
We worked closely with Tobii to develop an EVP (Employee Value Proposition) that is truly them. And then we converted these truths into a communication concept to help them create pride internally and attract new people externally; to show the world what it is like to be a Tobiian! Today, the concept is up and running and meets students all over the world at job fairs, on the web site and it goes all the way through their communication into banners, ads and brochures. Just to name a few examples.
