Globally dispersed companies face a communication challenge
Managing a cohesive image as a corporation and employer is not an easy task when you have over forty independent companies spread across more than ten countries. On top of that, these companies are used to operating with a great deal of autonomy and work within nearly fifty different industries.
The result is often a lack of clarity in the market, making it difficult to cut through the noise of competitors. It becomes challenging to attract new customers, appeal to the right talent, and build a strong brand. There is also often a fragmented culture, influenced by country, company, and industry.
The solution was to move from employer branding to ONE unified communication concept
Building on Vitec’s existing employer brand, which we had also helped develop, we explored how to elevate it into an overarching, group-wide communication concept – one that integrates both employer branding and corporate branding.
We asked ourselves: what is it that Vitec actually does? Ultimately, they make life easier for all of us through technology. Whether it’s about training, healthcare, emergency vehicles, golf rounds, or booking a hair appointment. But we never really see them, because it’s their software that simplifies life for their customers – and, in turn, for all of us who benefit from the solutions they enable.
Through a close collaboration with Vitec, we refined the messages for the first campaign, shaping them to break through the noise effectively.
