Ryds Bilglas needed to recruit a large number of windscreen technicians across Sweden.

The campaign included the creation of dedicated career pages on rydsbilglas.se and Indeed, where many job seekers are active. Targeted social media campaigns were used alongside posters, table talkers, and screens in the workshops.

In addition to written content about Ryds Bilglas and the role itself, as well as photos of employees, we let the employees share their own experiences – describing what it’s like to work at Ryds Bilglas and what the job entails. Naturally, this was all based on the EVP (Employer Value Proposition) and the new communication concept.
